While making a house cleaning schedule, you can divide the work on the basis of two dimensions, namely the rooms in which the cleaning has to be done and secondly the frequency with which it has to be done i.e., monthly, weekly or daily. In the following house cleaning schedule template, you would notice that the rows for Sunday are more as the weekly and monthly tasks are to be completed on these days. House Cleaning Tips and Ideas

Kitchen
Cleaning all the used utensils, counter tops and the stove are every day activities. In addition to that, you may also need to clean the dishwasher thoroughly every week. As a monthly cleaning activity, you may remove the utensils from the cupboards, clean and restock them with adequate supplies.

Toilet and Bathrooms
As a daily chore, you have to wash the bathrooms and toilets thoroughly and as a weekly chore you need to restock the associated supplies.Also, you may include detailed scrubbing and removal of mold as a monthly chore. You can read more on bathroom cleaning

Bedrooms
Dusting the sheets, blankets and pillows in the bedrooms will constitute your daily chore. As a weekly chore you may include cleaning and wiping the surfaces in the bedroom such as table tops or the nightstands.

Living Room
The living room is the most used part of the house. Hence you may include things like cleaning the table tops, couches and chairs in the daily schedule. Vacuuming the sofas may be included in the weekly activities and clearing out the dust in the cupboard may go in the monthly task.

Others
Some places in the house have to be cleaned regularly, for example the shoe stand, or sweeping the floor every day or cleaning the coat rack.
